*Canon Characters
*Rinnegan (I may lift this ban if someone is worthy enough of it, but don't count on it.)
*Guns
*Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (I may lift this ban if someone is worthy enough of it, but don't count on it.)
*Lightning Release Armor (The canon version is banned. I made a jutsu with the same name years before the canon version came out, and my version isn't as powerful.)

In order to obtain any of these you have to train with the person who holds the jutsu, however if there isn't a person with the jutsu, or the jutsu can't be taught, but obtained, post a 500 word minimum roleplay as your character using said jutsu. Only exception is my 2 characters that have the Rasengan and Mangekyo Sharingan respectively. (This is the only time I'll break my rule.)
