Hidden jutsu: Kinasa Secret Jutsu. When combined with Fire Armor, these Taijutsu attacks can cause quite a bit of damage. There is also three Genjutsus related to being on fire in some sort of way.

If yes what are conditions for a person to make a person with this clan:
Clan history: The Clan dates back to the villages beginning, but it's said that they originated somewhere in the Fire Country.
When the clan first showed up in Konoha, the leader, Yuji Kinasa and his wife set up a gardening shop, which was handed off to Asuma Kinasa until he became Hokage, which was the handed off to his wife, Akane.
Aside from the gardening, they mastered the Fire Armor Jutsu, while Fire Armor isn't a bloodline trait, it seems like nobody else has yet mastered it, let alone have it. They have their own Secret Jutsu, which consists of 3 Taijutsu and 3 Genjutsu attacks, all of which can only be used in Fire Armor.
The jutsu alone was enough to give Asuma the role of Hokage.
