Personality: Ty is a very quite individual who likes to avoid conflict. He is polite in his words but can be a bit cold.

Personal history: Born 19 years ago Ty was seen as a genius amongst his peers. However people despite him being a bright spot for the village which at the time was going through hardships people avoided him because they felt cold around him. He began to get into collecting, at first it was an innocent hobby but it quickly turned dark when people he killed were being collected. During a recent mission he broke away from his team freezing them still, he would turn and join the Akatsuki in hopes of catching Jinchuuriki to add to his collection  

Bloodline: Freeze: he emits an extremely cold aura around him. Gas turns to a solid very quickly, and motion is greatly slowed. the closer things get to him the colder they get. temperatures around him are normally around 0 Celsius but get colder as he makes it
