Personality: cold and completely anti-social Neu loves to see others suffer, while she gives off a polite buisness appearnce to those around her, she is not above playing with her opponents. She enjoys more then anything finishing off a defensless opponent  

Clan: Ushketsher: Less of a clan more of a mob, a collection of people who do illegal activities, the largest in the mist, known world wide for their brutality 


Personal history: Neu was born into one of the largest mafia of Kirigakure known for extorting money and illegal activities. Neu was a girl with everything. But none of that seemed to matter to her. She killed her first boy friend because he pissed her off, nothing was done about it due to her family connection. One day a hit was drawn on her by the mist anbu after killing her stalkers, she decided to travel the world on her own, always keeping daddy in touch. She during her travels began hearing about a group called the akatsuki, after discussing it with her father she joined the group in which she now provides a ton of money for.
