This is a port city on the eastern end of the Yu (Hot SpringsCountry) its a small village that makes most of its money from fishing. the area is scattered with wooden shacks and is heavy with the smell of fish.
Su and Azika made their way to the meeting point. The people of the village eyeing them. Su looked over at the sea as light waves made their way to the shore and a gental breeze fluttered his cloak.
"The smell of sea water is always nice Azika says, Su doesn't respond instead he just continues his staring. The two then awaited for the Raikage to arrive.

It was a little bit of a journey, however things had gone without a hitch. Gaido was less than 25 meters from the meeting spot and the two figures in the distance had just become distinguishable. He slowed to a walk sure that the two would be the hokage and his guard. He'd spent alot of time contemplating what he'd say in this meeting at hot springs country. He didn't believe that the hokage would necessarily be against his proposition, but first impressions were important to Gaido. Removing his raikage's hat Gaido approached Su and Azika holding it over his heart, "Greetings Lord Hokage, My name is Gaido Arashino, the Fourth Raikage, thank you for taking the time to make it out here." He offered in a cordial tone.

Su removed his hat it wasn't the normal Hokage hat but rather just a straw hat with the symbol of fire written on it. He looked over at the man and then took a seat on the side of a tree
"Its never a problem Gaido-dono. Would you please have a seat with me. Az-chan you can join in too if you wish" he says to them.
"I am fine standing, its rather nice out right now she says looking at her Kage a bit annoyed she didn't want him to get laxed meeting a colleague of his like this.
"Arighty then. Gaido-dono what is it you wanted to discuss with me? he asks him letting a leave flutter down to his hand.

Gaido took a seat where the hokage indicated, placing his ceremonial hat next to him. "Well first it's a beautiful change of scenery. I spend far to much of my time caught up in formalities, would you care to join me a drink?" The raikage had done his homework, which was made apparent when Gaido withdrew a bottle of lightning countries finest Sake and three cups from his sleeveless trenchcoat. Opening the bottle he poured himself a cup and offered the bottle to the other two.

Su looked at the bottle and recongized it. "its ben years since I last had that, sure that would be nice" he said accepting the offer. Azika wanted to interject but held her words to herself knowing that Su wasn't playing around.

Gaido took a drink of his cup and cleared his throat briefly. "Yes it's been at least a year myself. Well now I guess it's as good a time to start with our business as any. I called this meeting today to discuss some disturbing Intel I received from my S.T.O.R.M. unit. It would seam that lately rumors of multiple organizations wishing to steal jinchuriki from their villages. Now I feel both our villages share a common drive to protect our villagers, it is for this reason that I called you here. We would be far more effective as allies." At that he took another pull off his sake. He'd hoped that his sincerity would lead to a successful alliance but diplomacy was often a hassle.

Su took a sip of the sake and put down his cup.
"So it seems our intel has picked up on the same things. Az-chan please tell him what your team has gathered
"Well there are 3 organizations of note here, Akatsuki, (insert name here), and (insert name here). the first is made up of 10 members and the second is more of a deep orginization, the third we have the least information about. Its the Akatsuki we found most interesting. They are made up of missing shinobi from various villages. I am sure you are already aware of what that means
"Gaido-dono let me ask you this, why not invite the others. Our sentiment of protecting our villages and their people are surely shared by them" Su asks him more serious now that buisness as begun.

Gaido was immediately brought to his past in kirigakure. Flashes of ninja slaughtering their very own villages shinobi just to prove how strong they were flooded his thoughts. Chasing his memories with sake, he regained his lost composure. "Quite frankly because I can trust you Su-dono. It would be tragic if the first major shinobi alliance fell to treachery, instead we should strive to set the example. Others will follow once they feel threatened."

Su closed his eyes for a moment. "I am willing to work with you however this is not to make the others feel threaten into moving. The other side of the coin is they form an alliance of their own from the threat of our two nations. As you know the chuunin exams will be held in Konoha this coming year. The others are to attend I wish to discuss more with them then." Su says, Azika looks at them wondering about the exams for a moment.
"Hokage-sama if we are going to be forming an alliance of sorts with them do we have to inform the feudal lord?" Azika asks him, her hand on her hip.
"No he talks too much, I rather keep things simple and between us until the exams at least. Its times like these which are the hardest to decide what to do. And I wish to keep it this was. Fighting in wars is something I wish to make a relic of my past" Su says to her, he then looks at Gaido.

"Well I'd certainly do hope that the others will join us. However I will admit that I foresee resistance coming from the more obstinate village leaders, but hey maybee I'm just the stubborn one." Gaido finished his sake and refilled the cup. "Here's to a long and prosperous allaince." He added and raised his cup.

"Let's take those steps when the time comes." Su says getting himself up to his feet. Aziza putting her hand on her neck cracks it and then stretches her shoulders.
"We will keep in touch. He's a bit lazy so you'll normally get me first then him after I get him to work" she says to him, he sloops downward
"Az-chan you don't have to say it like that" he tells her.

"Indeed we shall." Gaido replied between pulls of his cup. It was obvious that he was doubling his effort to finish, no doubt due to the fact that it seemed this meeting would soon conclude. "Oh and don't hesitate to ask if you need anything."

"We shall not, and you either. Let's get go...." Azika says as Su puts his hand on her shoulder stopping her.
"Let's not rush things, Az-chan. Let's take things nicely we are still here after all" Su says to her, as he takes another sip of the sake.

At this point Gaido slowed his pace a bit. It'd been quite awhile since his last drink and he was starting to notice. Besides it seemed Su was in no hurry after all. "So how shall we proceed? I'd recommend focusing on the akatski for now, also we should make a point of safeguarding our jinchuriki."
