The hidden cloud administration building sits atop the small cliff overlooking Kumogakure, from about 70 feet above. The building itself was a three story 100m x 100m clay structure with a Kumogakure insignia painted in gold on the side facing the village. The building itself had several trees neat it allowing Gaido's cheetahs access to his office at the top floor.

As the Raikage's attention flickered to Taru, Akiko would sneak up behind him and place her arm around his throat and spoke sharply. "You know, you've been so wrapped up in your work lately someone could walk right in and kill you." Gaido chuckled briefly and replied, "Well I suppose that's why your here Akiko." She rolled her eyes and meandered back to the corner of the room. Gaido reached out and gently patted Taru's head. "You've brought good news I hope?" Taru would turn and reveal the hokage's message. After removing the scroll he'd smile and turn to his attendant, "well good news I won't be doing paperwork for a bit, in fact you'll be doing it." Akiko's jaw dropped as she made sense of the words, "what? That's not what I meant!"
The raikage gave another chuckle, "you see I have urgent matters to attend to and I need you to fill in for me while I'm away." She actually became more argumentative at this point, "you can't leave kumogakure by yourself I'm..." "AAHEEM!" Gaido cut her off there. "I am the Raikage and an ex seven swords member. I will travel where I please and no-one will raise a finger to me or I shall handle it, understood?" "yes raikage-sama..." She offered in a sarcastic tone. She'd known the man long enough to know his mind wouldn't be changed. "Good then I must be off, Taru stay here in case Akiko needs anything." With that Taru gave a nod and Gaido left for the land of Yu. Shortly thereafter Akiko took the Raikage's seat and stared dismally at the stack of papers.

Akiko stared blankly at the papers in front of her, and then snapped out it slamming a fist into the raikage's desk. "I'm not a damned Secretary!" As she finished her frustrated exclamation, she'd look up and find Gaido wearing a rather stoic expression. "Is there a problem Akiko-kun?" Snapping out of her seat she walked to her usual corner and retorted, "not anymore." Gaido's response was almost instant, "you know as an administrator of this village you should be happy to help out, but of course you only see the burden. It's for that reason I've decided to assign you to a genin team." An outburst would cut him off there, "Now I'm a damn babysitter?!" "There you go again Akiko." GaIdo said as he reclaimed his seat. "Now this decision is final here's the file on your first genin. You'll be meeting him shortly" As he finished Gaido withdrew a file from his desk and handed it to Akiko. Spitefully she took it and stormed off, there was no point in wasting time here.

Den walks in his head phones moved down over his neck.
"Hmm I wonder what they will be like" he says softly as he enters in.

Noting that the genin he sent for had arrived GaIdo shifted his atention from his paperwork. "Ah Denki-san congratulations on your recent graduation."

The genin wasted no time, so neither would Gaido. "Why your quite right, in fact you'll be assigned to a special team. My assistant, Akiko Megami, will be your personal tutor. I think you'll both leahrn from this, anyway your to meet her at the training ground immediately."

"Gotcha, well then let's head on over" he says, ready to go. He waited for his sensei's instructions however
(I have to finish up his jutsu first, shouldn't take to long)
