The Hidden Frost Village is located in Frost Country, which is between the Hot Springs country and Lightning Country. It is a rather small village, with the population barely hitting triple digits. It's current Village Leader is Rukia Sano.
It was founded 40 years ago by Hideo Sano after his former village, the Hidden Smog Village, was destroyed as a result of the Second Ninja War.
40 years ago: As mentioned above, village founded. Hideo Sano was unanimously elected Village Leader by a population of 10 people.
38 years ago: Village gets a population of 40 people.
30 years ago: Village ambushed by Rogue Ninja, Village barely survives.
28 years ago: Village finishes rebuilding, Military Force then established.
18 years ago: Rukia Sano graduates from the academy.
14 years ago: Rukia wins Chuunin Exam tournament, as a result, the world hears about her unusual ability.
12 years ago: Rukia is kidnapped. She escapes and returns to the village.
2 years ago: Hideo retires, Rukia takes over.
