It was a bright and sunny day in konahagakure and the streets were lively as usual. Everything was going along as any other day in the leaf village, all except for the main road leading up to the leaf administratrative building. Occupants of this road were currently gawking at a large slender cheetah donning a purple robe that harld Kumgakure's village symbol embroidered in gold on the back.Shinobi and villagers alike were wondering what the meaning of this was. The cheetah would walk up to the leaf administrative office and stop. An inspection of the cheetah would reveal that it was carrying a scroll bearing the Raikage's seal upon it.

A lady retrieved the scroll and handed it to the Hokage.
"Arigato Az-chan" he says grabbing it, he releases the seal and begins to open it.

As the scroll was taken from the cheetahs mouth it gave a gentle pur. Of Course Taru could speak, but more often than not he kept that fact hidden unless necessary.

I have written you today to request an audience with you, regarding future relations between Kumogakure and Konahagakure. I would be willing to travel to any place of your choosing. I've instructed my messenger Taru to await your response.

Su looked at the cheetah and then back at the scroll. he put down the scroll. Az-chan, it seems the our friend the Raikage wants to meet me
"where does he want to meet you?" Azika asks him he shows her the scroll and she glances over it. She thinks about if for a second.
"I would suggest somewhere between the 2 countries. The Yu country wouldn't be too bad of a trek for either party
"Taru-kun please inform him that we will meet in the eastern part of the Yu country near the port city. I will be bringing Az-chan here with me. As for time I would like to make way in 2 days

Taru gave a a respectful bow, and then took off at full speed to his master.
