Ok so taijutsu boils down to a combination of strength, speed, and taijutsu. However different fighting styles may add certain bonuses for stat advantages. So here's how this looks:
[*]First your taijutsu success is bassed on strength + speed + taijutsu.
[*]Now let's say combatant a is using a power based fighting style, his final score gets a +2 bonus for every two points higher his strength + taijutsu is compared to the opponents. So combatant a has 7 strength, 5 taijutsu, and 3 speed. Combatant B has 3 strength, 5 taijutsu, 7 speed. Now in ordinary combat they'd be even at 15 (resulting in the defence winning) but A's str+taI is 4 higher than B's so his fighting style gives him a +4 bonus. A lands a successful attack.
